When we questioned this discrepancy, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, saying \"it is what it is\" and we'd just have to wait.\n\nThis was our third visit, and each time, the experience with the receptionist has been unpleasant. We ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. The lack of transparency and poor attitude made our experience very frustrating.
