They provide such a pathetic service that start from booking appointment to the availability of the staff. I got my aligner from them and before even starting the aligner I informed them that I had my RCT done for one my teeth. But they started the treatment and while wearing the aligners I got severe pain to the same tooth which underwent for RCT. I reported the same and they say everything looks normal continue wearing the aligners. Now, I am having a severe continuous pain into my tooth and while I am trying to reach them, the doctor said she will connect with Orthodontics in a con call but I never received that call even they are not properly responding to my call. Seriously, This is rediculous.
