At the time of visit, my mother had redness in her eye and little irritation for which doctor gave her eye drops, oral medicines and an eye gel to be applied.\n\nAfter taking all the medicines as prescribed by the doctor, the situation became worse. After 24 hrs of usage of the medicines, my mother was not even able to open her eye, it got swelled up, continuous itching and redness increased.\n\nI am bound to give this feedback as this is not the first time. Last time I visited this clinic for my eye infection for which doctor gave medicines. I had applied them but there was no result.\n\nIt is not the matter of money but it\u2019s about risking someone\u2019s eyes. I will never ever reach out to this clinic in future and I will also recommend the same to others.\n\nNote - I faced these issues with the Dhanori branch. I discussed the case in details and post that someone has responded to my review in which couple of information are misleading.\n\nI took my mother for check up on the 27th Jan and she was facing issue with her eye since 23rd Jan so definitely it was not Day1.. it was Day4. The doctor did not diagnosed the actual issue and gave medicines which made the situation worst. After using those medicines for 24 hours, my mother had terrible pain, swelling, redness, watery eye and was suffering to open her eye. I have attached the images for reference. When I took her to Dr Shruti Phadke, her eye condition was far better than this.\n\nHow could you expect anyone to go back to the same doctor and discuss the issue who could not even diagnosed the issue properly at first instance and made the situation worst. I believe no one will do so as the trust factor matters. My mother is diagnosed with \u201cViral Keratouveitis\u201d and which was very much there when we visited the Aakash eye clinic but the intensity level was minimal at that time. We were bound to consult another doctor on the very next day 28th Jan (after 24 hrs of usage of your prescribed medicines).\n\nWe can still live with the fact that sometime there can be miss or delay in figuring out things but please DO NOT give a justification saying that treatment was done correctly by your doctor.
